How The Well Network works

1. You show up as you are. Drop in. No registration, no fee, no prerequisite. Thursday is leadership. Friday is the Youth Jam. Both are free.

2. We match you to what fits. Weekly programming runs Tuesday through Saturday by theme. Artist Lead cohorts open doors to paid roles in dance, music, visual arts, MC, stage support, vendor markets, fundraising, and event coordination.

3. You learn it, do it, teach it forward. Every program is built on the Each One Teach One model with established community traditions of knowledge transfer. You don't just participate. You become the reason the next person can. The integrity and responsiblitiy to teach foward is what makes this model sustainable and focused on future generations.

The Well Network Inc. is a 100% Métis-owned, women-led social enterprise and infrastructure organization based in Edmonton, Alberta. We coordinate creative programming for youth, train emerging leaders through course development networking and Artist Lead cohorts, and build shared systems that connect urban and rural communities across Treaty 6 territory and beyond. A network of creative wayfinders with over 10 years of established relationships and mentorship. We aim to remove barriers to entry or help you find you place in the family of things. We use a teach forward approach which means we information is documented so the next person can find their way.
